This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I'm sort of a jack of all trades when it comes to creation, but I found out over time that visual art is my strongest medium.
My name comes from a club I used to DJ at in Philadelphia. I've been on the internet for a long time, and to keep up the mystery I like to switch names every now and again. I held another Deviantart account for five years prior to this one, but abandoned it because all the work was old and I needed a fresh start anyway.
I am a music junkie. My taste is wide, but all of it is good. I am an avid comic book collector and film buff, and I have thousands of movies, books, and cds.
I work as a freelance writer and artist, ocassionally getting gigs that are interesting. Half of my apartment I use as a studio, with unfinished paintings scattered against the walls and supplies littering my kitchen table. I have a modest amount of re-mixes that I've done for bands that I know, and I get by on ramen noodles and cheap wine.
As far as artwork goes, I hate digital mediums. I find that I can't connect with a piece unless I can smell the paint, smear the ink, and feel the tip of my pencil touch to paper. Good art is good regardless of the tools, so I don't expect a need for the transition, at least not in my personal exploits.
I stay away from other people, I am an insomniac, and I smoke a pack a day.
